Kind To Mind Toolkits contain vital self-care and self-help items that people rely upon in times of crisis. We support local communities by giving free toolkits to those who are really struggling with their mental health.
Please donate so that more people can receive care packages. If you are not able to donate but would like a toolkit then please let us know, we will try our best to send you one.
Every year, Samaritans volunteers spend over one million hours answering calls for help via our unique 24-hour listening service, email, letter, face to face and through their Welsh language service.
'We give people ways to cope and the skills to be there for others. To do this, we're working in schools, prisons, workplaces and communities, and in partnership with organisations like Network Rail.
We campaign to make suicide prevention a national and local priority.'
Where your money goes...
90% of all money* sent to Kind To Mind, via donations or purchases goes to charity. 50% pays for care packages to be sent to those who need them and 40% goes to the Samaritans charity. The remaining 10% is classed as profit for Kind To Mind so that we are financially able to invest as much time in the organization as possible.
