Spiritual Meditation Course

A series of drop in sessions exploring meditation in the context of connecting to a higher power.

This is a recurring course offered as and when we have enough interest. Please register interest to find out when the next course might begin.

Youth Mental Health Project (Portugal)

October 2026

 

A 10 day residential programme, funded by Erasmus+, improving the psychosocial health of young adults.

Methodology: CBT, psychoeducation, mindfulness and silence.
