Exploring mindfulness as a tool for cultivating joy, peace and reducing the impact of anxiety and stress in daily living.

Spiritual Meditation Course
A series of drop in sessions exploring meditation in the context of connecting to a higher power.

Youth Mental Health Project (Portugal)
October 2026
A 10 day residential programme, funded by Erasmus+, improving the psychosocial health of young adults.

Methodology: CBT, psychoeducation, mindfulness and silence.
