50 MINUTE SESSION

Each 50 minute session costs £40 and is delivered by Zoom or telephone as chosen by the client. We suggest an initial 6 sessions to truly benefit from coaching and implement the strategies discussed in sessions.

6 week course
1 x session per week

One session per week. An initial discussion of goals and focus, a bespoke toolkit and action plan to improve your emotional wellbeing. We recommend booking 6 sessions to ensure you benefit from the full effects of personal development coaching.

10 week course
1 x session per week

One session per week. An initial assessment folllowed up with two bespoke toolkits and coaching to improve your mental wellbeing and help you reach your goals. Plus a 1 month post coaching follow up call.

 

Talks and Workshops

Workshops delivered by Kind To Mind are perfect for schools and youth groups work, particularly Anxiety Management with students in the lead up to exams and subject choice making. Safeguarding talks are ideal for teachers and youth workers looking to expand their knowledge on how best to support young people whilst keep firm personal and professional boundaries. Embracing Authenticity and Personal Growth offers the chance for adolescents and adults to delve deeper into their psyche and Ikigai to develop a truer understanding of themselves as individuals and the path they wish to take in life.

ANXIETY MANAGEMENT

This workshop offers a toolkit of techniques to manage and accept anxiety as a component of life's rich pattern. We discuss the theory and triggers of anxiety and leave everyone with a unique selection of anxiety management techniques.

SAFEGUARDING MENTAL HEALTH

Mental heath concerns are something that teachers and youth workers are having to deal with on a much larger scale. We offer the insight and techniques to tackle concerns in young people whilst keeping yourselves safe. We also discuss the importance and application of relevant signposting and safeguarding resources.

SAFEGUARDING EATING DISORDERS

Only 14% of people diagnosed with an eating disorder in the UK have Anorexia, and yet signs of Anorexia are what most people think of when it comes to eating disorders. 86% of people with eating disorders, which are rife amongst teenage girls will have unique signs and symptoms that we discuss and raise awareness of. We delve into how to tackle an eating disorder concern and how to support an individual to seek help, whilst protecting yourselves from a very prevalent illness.

EMBRACING AUTHENTICITY AND PERSONAL GROWTH

What do you want to be when you grow up? This workshop goes into depth in the area of authenticity and Ikigai - the Japanese concept roughly translating to 'Why you get up in the morning.' We explore our unique gifts, how to serve others with the talents we have, and how to make a living doing what we love. This workshop is perfect for students and young professionals seeking direction.

Free Online Workshops

Anxiety Management

29th June 10am - 11:30am

An online group in which Kind To Mind will lead you through the theory, tips and tricks of managing anxiety and apprehension. The course is 90 minutes and delivered over Zoom. All are welcome.

Mindfulness Course (6 Sessions)

This 6 session course offers individuals the opportunity to take a deeper look into mindfulness. Each week will begin with discussion and exploration of how mindfulness can impact our lives. We then be taught 6 skills to implement and utilise during the course and throughout our lives.

FAQs

Is coaching the same as therapy?

Coaching is a more flexible form of solving and learning to cope with life's challenges through talking. Coaches are not counsellors or therapists, however often work with similar principles. We strive to holistically work with you, often in a 'therapy-esque' setting to discuss and explore whatever you bring to the session.

Do you offer any other or bespoke talks or workshops?

We are more than happy to discuss putting a talk or workshop together for you. There should be a clear mental health and/or personal development focus, however, beyond that, let us know what you're looking for and we'd be happy to discuss!

Is coaching worth the money?

Kind To Mind has invested in finances and time to ensure we deliver a professional and affective coaching service. If you are willing to implement the strategies we discuss and work on themes in between sessions then there is no reason why coaching won't be worth the investment.

Should I book a talk or workshop?

This really depends on the audience. We recommend workshops for youth and groups looking to gain specific practical skills. Talks are best for an educational and informative perspective, such as learning about safeguarding mental illnesses in the UK.

What do you talk about in coaching sessions?

This is up to you - before your first session, we ask you to complete a questionnaire to explore what it is you are looking for ad which aspects of your personal life or mental health you are looking to work on. Typically these may include specific relationships, low mood, anxiety, career dissatisfaction, self esteem or addiction, however we are open to exploring any topic you would like to work on.

Where do you deliver talks and workshops?

We primarily deliver talks and workshops on the UK mainland. However, with advanced notice and a pre-discussed deposit, we would be happy to travel internationally to deliver a talk or workshop.
